User came with the requirement mentioned below:
She had created a Calendar List just as a Conference room Booking. She wanted that every user should be able to view the Date and Time for which the conference room is booked but the other users should not be able to Edit the items which she has created. Only the User who has booked the conference room in the calendar must edit his/her own item.
Resolution
1. Goto the Calendar List
2. Click on Settings--> List Settings
3. Click on Advanced Settings
4. Under Item level permissions, there are two options which specify which items users can read/edit
5. Select All Items under Read Access
6. Select Only their own under Edit Access
7. Done
